Thank you for choosing OneLaser! We aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information regarding our shipping rates, delivery times, and limitations.
Shipping Regions and Rates
1. Mainland Australia (New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory)
We offer Fixed Rate Shipping for all orders shipped to Mainland Australia. This rate is designed to provide cost‑effective delivery and is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipment.
• Fixed Rate Shipping: Unit dimensions, weight and location are pre‑calculated. However, if a larger unit requires a forklift or towing service, these additional costs will not be included in the total shipping cost. Our shipping concierge will confirm this with you, and any additional equipment rental fees will be the customer's responsibility.
• Estimated Delivery Time: From the time payment is made, it typically takes a few days to prepare your order for shipment, with an average delivery time of around 14 business days. Depending on the season, destination and freight services, additional delays may occur beyond the initial 14 business days.
2. Tasmania
Shipping to Tasmania incurs higher costs due to increased carrier charges for island freight. Please note that shipping rates for Tasmania are set at a fixed rate.
• Estimated Delivery Time: From the time payment is made, it typically takes a few days to prepare your order for shipment, with an average delivery time of around 14 business days. Depending on the season, destination and freight services, additional delays may occur beyond the initial 14 business days.
3. Australian External Territories and Other Regions
We currently do not offer direct shipping to Australian External Territories such as Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Norfolk Island, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, or other regions outside of Mainland Australia and Tasmania. However, if you require shipping to any of these locations, we are happy to assist in arranging third‑party shipping. Please reach out to us at shipping@1laser.com. Our team will help facilitate your shipment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3~5 business day after receiving payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Before shipment, our shipping concierge will contact you via email to confirm your address and order/shipping details. Once is confirmed and your order will be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Restrictions
• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Due to carrier limitations, certain large or heavy items may have additional
shipping restrictions.
Damages, Lost, Delay Shipments
OneLaser is not liable for shipment delays, damages, or losses occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, or if there are any shipment delays, please contact us directly to file a claim. For returns or exchanges of damaged products, please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before initiating a claim. Our shipping team will assist you with the process and provide further instructions.
Special Delivery Requirements (Equipment Rental, Towing Service)
In rare cases, due to the geographic location, machine size, or weight, our Premium LTL delivery service may not be able to reach your doorstep or designated area. In such situations, additional costs may apply for equipment rentals, such as forklifts for offloading the machine or towing services to transport it from the terminal hub to your destination. These extra expenses are the customer’s responsibility. Our shipping concierge will coordinate with you and provide the total additional cost required to complete the delivery. Once the payment is made, the order will be processed for shipment. Please note that rural or remote locations may also incur additional fees.
